Kelly Croce Sorg is an expert white woman.  Growing up, her father was rags-to-riches story of the white American Dream and her mother was a homemaker, raising her and her younger brother while her dad worked multiple entrepreneurial avenues.  She graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.A. in Communications and minor in Women’s Studies in 2001. Kelly first worked for a boujie public relations firm in Center City, Philadelphia, representing hotels, restaurants, wealth management companies and art galleries.  Sorg was privileged enough to move to Key West, FL for six years while overseeing the design, build and management of her family’s world-renowned pirate museum.  In 2010, Kelly moved back to suburban Philly raising her three young kids as a stay-at-home mom, whilst doing public relations on the side for World Team Tennis and Billie Jean King.  Most recently, Kelly has been a designer at Chairloom, a vintage furniture, reupholstery studio and designer fabric showroom. Kelly is married to a loving and patient white man and is raising three white children on the Main Line of Philadelphia.  Kelly is founder of Abundance Productions, parent company to The Opt-In podcast she hosts, 10,000 White Women: Doing the Work workshop she co-facilitates.
