Karin Copeland is a nationally renowned business expert who designs change through creative collaboration. Following a successful career in industrial design, Karin worked for over a decade with the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, where she applied her design training and understanding of strategic alliances to rejuvenate one of the oldest brands in the country. Karin served as Executive Director of the Chamber’s Arts + Business Council, and she was Vice President of Member Engagement.
Karin is a collaborative innovation champion and change agent, with a strong track record of developing fresh ideas and implementing strategy to deliver value for all stakeholders. Programs she designed include the Defining Innovation speaker series that brought global speakers such as Simon Sinek, Peter Thiel and Amy Cuddy to Philadelphia; partnerships with the Knight Foundation, The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and IBM to create Designing Leadership to train emerging leaders in for-profit creative and nonprofit arts and culture communities; and CreativeXchange, creative leadership and team design training led by Philadelphia’s top creative minds and artmakers. Karin is an expert at identifying new trends and creating smart marketing and program solutions to position organizations to succeed. Karin is a skilled fundraiser with deep ties to the greater Philadelphia region, boosting revenue from $200,000 to $1million in just 2 years.
